Saturday to Monday, September 16th to 18th, 2023
Spent the night on the driveway of our Friends house. We wandered into the town for a memory-lane walk. Whistler has not changed that much since since our last visit, which was probably 5 years ago.
Around lunchtime our friend returned home and we spent the afternoon catching-up followed by a lovely dinner and a few drinks. The next day Stephen walked up Blackcomb mountain and Caroline spent more time wandering around Whistler. There was no snow and not too many people in Whistler, which was nice change for us. Another dinner and more chatting. Our friend gave us some good advice on places to go to the North, and we were keen to get back on the road.
